This package includes the coordination of the FDA EUA-approved COVID-19 Rapid Antigen test collection, preparation of lab requisition (order), guidance for testing protocols, release of results via upon testing and reporting of results as required by health department and CDC. This test detects the Covid-19 virus via Rapid Antigen test. This is the FDA EUA-approved anterior nares test available for iHLTH customers. 
 
This Covid-19 Rapid Antigen testing package can be coordinated for individuals or groups for those with required employee/contractor testing, required testing for travel, to clear individuals for return to work or school per employer or school protocols, and/or required testing after a Covid exposure or a facility outbreak. Employers, schools, human resource directors or group leaders must email info@iHLTH.org for coordination of the Covid-19 Testing Package.  PLEASE DO NOT ORDER WITHOUT PRIOR COORDINATION OF TESTING SERVICES WITH iHLTH.
